The talented Neil O Dwyer from Irish Murals has completed the first section of his Mural today on Devaney’s Shed wall in Newcastle! So far Neil has done an amazing portrait of General Liam Lynch and the Monument in recognition of our local history! Judging by the reaction so far, everyone seems excited to see how this project will progress over the next week! I was delighted to have successfully applied for funding through the Creative Ireland Community Grant Scheme in cooperation with Tipperary County Council to fund this project on behalf of Newcastle Tidy Towns Group!
