This April 10th signifies 100 years since the fatal wounding of General Liam Lynch on the Knockmealdown Mountains.
As always on that weekend, our Commemoration Committee in Newcastle will host an event to mark his death, and this year there are many plans underway for the Centenary Commemoration which falls on Easter Weekend.
