We had a lovely morning recently to say goodbye and Thank You to the mighty Christy Barrett, Christy was a stalwart on the scheme and could be seen flying by in the Massey135 or the ride on mower tending to the grass around the village.
Christy took great pride in his work and will be missed by us all as his time on the scheme comes to an end. We wish Christy all the best, Thanks to Eileen Condon for the food and cake and our Chairman Deputy Mattie McGrath and our Treasurer Liam Kelly for making the presentation. Sean Byrne CE Supervisor.
